P. Ananthareshmi is an IAS mentor, UPSC educator and career counsellor who has guided civil services aspirants since 2013. Her work combines subject understanding, personalised mentoring and structured preparation support.
Her subject expertise includes Geology, Geography, Polity, Economy and CSAT. As the founder of WE4U IAS Coaching Centre, she supports learners through individual study roadmaps, conceptual guidance and career conversations.
Her teaching approach begins with understanding the learner’s goals and current preparation needs. Sessions focus on clear explanations, practical direction, consistent learning habits and responsible growth.
